Hanita Victory 整体硬质合金立铣刀采用涂层前、涂层中和涂层后处理相组合的方法。涂层前处理可去除任何磨削损伤。虽然肉眼看不见,但还是有磨削损伤,它会影响到切削刃的完整性和排屑能力。这一过程可形成光滑的表面,为涂层做好准备。Victory 涂层是一种先进的 AlTiN 处理工艺,其中所含的铝成分在高温下氧化,有助于提高表面速度性能和更长的刀具寿命。涂层后,涂层后处理可形成光滑坚硬的表面。这也有助于提高涂层的抗压强度,防止涂层过早剥落或磨损。拥有强壮的切削刃口和较高的排屑能力。
