Выходя на новый уровень фрезерования на высоких подачах

Профиль режущей пластины фрезы VXF™ представляет собой комбинацию квадратной формы пластины с большими радиусами граней от большой пластины круглой формы. Это позволило получить малый угол в плане при небольших размерах режущей пластины и достичь высоких значений подач на зуб из-за компенсации утонения стружки при таком малом угле в плане. Фреза является отличным выбором как для обработки на высоких подачах, так и для обработки глубоких полостей.

Угол в плане 16,5° и уникальная геометрия режущей пластины значительно снижают склонность к вибрациям, а осевые и радиальные зачистные фаски позволяют получить хорошее качество поверхности обработанных стенок и плоскостей.

Доступны 2 геометрии пластины. Геометрия MM отлично подходит для обработки карманов и профильного фрезерования в заготовках из мягких углеродистых, нержавеющих сталей, а также из жаропрочных сплавов. Геометрия же MH обладает упрочнённой режущей кромкой и применяется для черновой обработки углеродистых сталей средней и повышенной твёрдости (групп P3 и P4).

Фрезы VXF являются универсальными и применяются для обработки сложных форм деталей, позволяя фрезеровать 9-ю разными методами, обрабатывая 5 различных типов материалов заготовок, отлично подходя для металлообрабатывающих производств различных отраслей промышленности.
